What is StayRegistfy?
StayRegistfy is a web app for PG and hostel owners in India. It manages rooms and beds, tenants, monthly rent, UPI payment links, WhatsApp reminders, expenses and profit reports.
Do my tenants need to install an app?
No. Tenants open a link you send them, which opens their own UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and others) with your payee and the exact amount already filled in.
How does rent get marked as paid?
The tenant pays by UPI to your account and enters the UPI reference on the pay page. You check it and confirm in one tap, and the payment and receipt are recorded for you. Instant confirmation through a payment gateway is planned.
Can it send WhatsApp reminders automatically?
Yes, once you connect a WhatsApp Business number and your message templates are approved by Meta. You choose when reminders go out. Meta charges a small fee per message.
Can my manager or warden use it too?
Yes. Invite them by email as a manager. Managers handle tenants, rooms and rent. Only owners see expenses, reports and team settings.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works in any phone browser and can be installed on your home screen like an app.
Is my data safe?
Your data is kept separate from every other business, stored on Microsoft Azure behind a private network, and tenant documents are shared only through short-lived links.
